Empathy Test

The test for the level of empathy is aimed at identifying a person's ability to empathize with the feelings and state of another, the ability to determine the mood of the interlocutor. Synonyms for empathy are compassion, sympathy, empathy. This is the ability of a person to understand the emotional state of another person and consciously show sympathy for him, to show that he is heard and understood. The empathizer is aware that the feelings he is experiencing are a reflection of the feelings of the other person. However, you can share not only sad emotions, but also joyful ones. Also, the level of empathy varies.from a light response to a deep immersion in the sensory world of another person. Empathy helps ensure the creation of deeper and more personal relationships. By observing gestures, facial expressions, gaze, voice intonation and other little things, we can better understand and find a common language with other people. Medium and low levels of empathy can be useful both in work, in communicating with friends, and in building your own family. But a high level of empathy can hurt a lot if you pass everything through yourself and do not separate other people's emotions from your own. If a high-level empath is deeply immersed in the feelings of the interlocutor, then they are likely to feel devastated later. In ordinary life, medium and low levels of empathy are enough for us. Empathy can be developed and enhanced throughout life if we want to better understand our loved ones.
