Depression level test

The Depression Scale Test will help you determine how you feel today. The questionnaire was developed for the differential diagnosis of depressive states and states close to depression, for screening diagnostics in mass studies and for the purposes of preliminary, pre-medical diagnosis. Full testing with processing of results takes about 20-30 minutes. Depression- This is a mental disorder, manifested in the oppression of mental activity, mainly affecting the emotional-volitional sphere. Statistics show that women suffer from depression 2 times more often than men, as well as middle-aged people. But this is more likely due to the fact that men are less likely to seek help from specialists and try to cope on their own in ways available to them, as well as the fact that middle-aged people lead an active social lifestyle and do not hesitate to seek help. Often people do not turn to specialists in time, mistaking a state of depression for simple fatigue and overexertion, especially with a mild form. For example: a sleep disorder, the development of pseudo addictions, eating disorders, aggressive behavior... Inner feelings tell us that something is wrong and the old methods do not work.
