Partner toxicity test

Partner toxicity test. A toxic relationship is one in which a person systematically feels humiliated, guilty or unfree. A partner may constantly criticize, control, show jealousy, belittle your feelings and shift responsibility for their own emotions onto you, while from the outside all of this often looks like "strong love" or "just their character".

Recognizing toxicity is not easy: it shows up not in a single quarrel but in repeating patterns. Over time a person gets used to justifying the partner, doubting themselves and adapting to someone else's moods, gradually losing the sense of their own boundaries.

This test will help you assess how your partner treats you. Answer based on what happens in your relationship regularly, not on isolated episodes: the result will show how pronounced the toxic traits are in your relationship.
