Toxicity test

Toxicity test. Toxic behavior is a set of persistent communication habits that poison relationships: constant criticism, belittling, manipulation, attempts to control others and to shift the blame onto them. A person may notice nothing of the kind in themselves, because from the inside such behavior often looks like care, honesty or "just my character".

Toxicity is never black and white. Everyone has snapped at loved ones, been sarcastic in an argument or given someone the silent treatment at least once. What matters is how often it repeats and how it affects the people around you: next to a toxic person others feel tension, guilt and exhaustion rather than support.

This test will help you look at your own behavior from the outside. Answer honestly: the result will show how much your communication habits affect your relationships with family, friends and colleagues.
