Anxiety Test for Students

 S. Merlin (1973) defines anxiety as a high emotional response to a threatening situation when K. Isard explains anxiety as a complex of negative emotions: fear, anger and sadness.

A certain level of anxiety is natural for people when they anticipate afuture threat.  Each person feels some anxiety, so-called useful anxiety.

High levels of anxiety are caused by tendency to see regular objects and everyday events as dangerous and threatening. Anxious people are afraid of difficulties and problems. They often feel insecure in social situations.
