Burnout Test

The burnout test provides an opportunity for self-assessment and awareness of possible manifestations of emotional burnout. The results can serve as a starting point for further reflection and action towards maintaining emotional health.

Burnout is a condition that occurs due to prolonged stress and overload, usually related to work or responsibilities. People experiencing this phenomenon often experience fatigue, apathy, and loss of interest in their activities. Lack of joy from work, emotional exhaustion and a feeling of helplessness become characteristic symptoms.

Burnout can affect physical and mental health, as well as interpersonal relationships. Lack of work-life balance, inability to manage stress and lack of support can all contribute to its development.

Prevention includes mindfully managing your emotions, taking regular rest, setting boundaries at work, and seeking support from colleagues or professionals. It is also important to be aware of your emotional needs and find ways to meet them in your daily life.
